Quote from Spencer Boyd before the race:

On the Lucas Oil Indianapolis fleet: Racing in Indianapolis is a dream come true. I’ve always wanted to race at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.

“Growing up watching it on TV, it produced some great racing. My very first racing sponsor being Indianapolis at Wilkerson Automation, that was a place I thought I would get my start.

“Glad to have him back on the schedule and ready to make it happen with the No.12 Derm Dude team.”

On dollars for the brave: “I look forward to this event every year,” Boyd said. “It’s hard to put into words the impact the stories of these heroes have had on me.

“I am proud to shine a light on Record Rack’s efforts in the veteran and first responder community. We’ve been partners for five seasons now, so it’s almost like a family reunion when we get together. I love it.”
